Joe Bowman
Videographer and the main man behind Steel City Media. With a history working at the heart of the bike industry, including positions in both Marketing and Sales, he’s no stranger to managing budgets or promoting brands to a large audience.
What started out as a hobby through This Is Sheffield , an online blog focused on promoting the cycling scene in and around the city, which slowly became an International hit through their ‘tongue in cheek’ web edits, mates races and general grass roots content. Three years later, with over a million unique views in tow, he set about on creating a more professional media outlet.
Duncan Philpott
A young, diverse photographer from down south, who now resides in Sheffield. Inspired by the city’s active nature and the surrounding Peak District area, over the last few years, whilst juggling a university degree, his images have began their rise into the mainstream media.
