Between 2021-2024 we created and opearted the 'UNION' CIC. An original, 100% non-profit UCI Downhill MTB program, focused purely on talent development.

In four short but extremely successful seasons, we rose to the top ten in the world rankings, developed multiple podium contention riders and supported countless other individuals as they forged career's at the top of the MTB race industry.

Elite level athletes and the respective careers are never linear. We help navigate the turbulence on their path to the top, whilst nurturing their personal brand and aligning them with like minded partners.

Combining our love of sport, athlete management skillset and diverse branding background, Steel City Media is now managing a select group of core athletes that we truly believe in, for the long run.

Helping athletes and assiting them in building their personal brand is something we've always done at SCM, even before we offered it as a service.

It's not just about results these days though, which is where we have an edge, bringing all our knowledge and background in wider digital marketing and content creation, to help build brand's, not just athletes.
